Parish Survey Introduction

Dear parishioners and friends,

Risen Savior continues to work towards a clear vision of how our mission impacts and serves the community. In order for this vision to become a reality, planning is essential. We need input from you to ensure that our parish makes wise decisions and uses its resources to meet the needs of our community as we look ahead to our next 40 years.

We are conducting a survey as part of the long range planning process, and we need everyone’s ideas to ensure valid results. We have kept the survey brief, easily available to all, and open. We hope this encourages wide participation.

Here are the details:

Our goal is to have received your survey responses by February 28. We hope to hear from every parishioner!

Copies of the adult and youth survey are included with this mailing.

School-aged individuals under 18 years old should complete the youth survey.

We strongly encourage you to complete the survey online. Go to the parish website www.risensavior.org and follow the survey links.

Additional copies of both the adult and youth surveys are available in the gathering space. Please return completed paper surveys by February 28 through the offering baskets at Mass, in the drop-off box in the gathering space, or by mail.

Mary Beth Hakomaki at the Risen Savior parish office can answer your questions about the survey (952-431-5222 ext.201)

In the coming months, we plan to share results of the survey with parishioners.

Thank you for making time to participate in the parish survey. Only YOU can tell us what YOU think!
