Summer Stretch SLT

Attention Youth in Grades 9-12

Join us for Risen Savior!s Summer Stretch SLT program. As Servant Leader Team
members you will be trained and equipped to serve alongside the youth in grades
6-8 during their Summer Stretch experience. As leaders, much will be expected of
you throughout the day. This is an opportunity for you to grow in your faith and
leadership abilities.

Friends are welcome!!!

PURPOSE: To give 6-8th grade youth a safe and healthy place to belong. Summer
Stretch also allows youth a place where they can contribute to the community, along
with socializing with their peers.

Who: Sr. High SLT (grade 9-12 in the 2007-08 school year)
When: Tuesdays June 12-August 5th (excluding July 15.)
Times: 8:00 am (Program starts at 9:00)-5:00 pm
Where: Risen Savior
Cost: $55 (Sr. High SLT)

Some of the expectations:
Attend mandatory meetings # Provide a good example throughout the day
Lead small groups # # Personal devotion times
Prepare meals # # Cleanup
Stay after for debrief # # Encourage the youth and each other

What the cost covers: Transportation, daily activity, lunch, and t-shirt

To sign up, complete the following:

Fill out the Summer Stretch Registration and Code of Conduct.
Circle your shirt size.
Turn your form in to the church office by May 25, 2008.
You will be emailed a confirmation notice.
Notice: Space will be limited to the number of drivers we have. NO registrations will be accepted after June 2, 2008.
